SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY:
4 Part Series

MINDFUL BOXING WORKSHOP SERIES

You might have perfect technique and be fighting fit, but if you haven't trained your mind as well, it's unlikely your skill and fitness will be sufficient to earn you the WIN. At Rathbone Boxing Club, we focus on developing your technique and fitness. We also believe in a holistic approach to boxing training. That's why we've invited Greg Daubney, experienced Sports Psychologist, to lead a series of workshops, each with a specific focus.

We've scheduled the individual modules to follow the psychological challenges a boxer experiences in the lead up to the fight and during the fight itself. Each module has been designed to stand alone. Indeed, the power of psychological training has relevance across sports disciplines, and even in everyday life... whether it's stage fright, performance anxiety, or the fear of failure. These sessions are  perfect for boxers, athletes, musicians, actors, public speakers, and all the other perfectionists amongst us.

Workshops will last 90 minutes and will be interactive.
