Our Eat2win project in conjunction with Change4life has seen us partner with a qualified Nutritionist to provide interesting, easy to read and relevant fact sheets around nutrition. Covering topics such as hydration, meal prep and portion control the project covers a wide range of issues facing young people in sport. Fact sheets are sent out via email to our boxers, local community group contacts and anyone else wishing to to receive them. We are currently reaching over 100 young people, excluding those who receive the fact sheets via a community group leader.
