Squad training take place on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings at 7pm. Our Friday sessions are held at Camden Boxing club with Hawley ABC. Squad members are expected to commit to all training sessions or speak with a coach if this is not possible.

Senior boxers are to conduct their own RAMP warm-up and everyone should be wrapped up ready to box when the session starts.

Our sessions usually begin with activation drills and boxing specific partner work before focusing on a certain theme such as trunk defences, phasing attacks or footwork and implementing these on the bags, pads and sparring.

Training with RABC requires a base level of fitness, a good work ethic and a willingness to learn.
