Adam is esteemed as one of the best boxing coaches in world boxing and has trained household names such as; David Haye, Andy Lee, and Ryan Burnett to World Champion Champions. He’s also guided other British World Ranked fighting talents such as George Groves and Chris Eubank Jr. These days Adam's stable includes Josh Kelly, Michael Conlan, Ryan Burnett, Joe Joyce and Harlem Eubank.

Adam has a strong reputation for his unique approach and technical knowledge, as well as being a Master Tactician for Fight Strategies! 

Now you, too, can experience Adam’s training philosophy and methodology first-hand. Expect to be inspired, educated and put through your paces with repeat drills with World Class intensity. This boxing class is best suited for those with a true passion for boxing and a strong desire to learn. 

Appropriate for new attendees and previous attendees. Adam's wealth of knowledge is endless. Besides, even the most seasoned professional boxers are always learning, practicing, and perfecting.

We will start with a 2 1/2 hour boxing training session that will push both your body and your brain to their limits. After freshening up with a quick shower, we'll head over to a local restaurant for lunch with Adam Booth. As a devout vegan, Adam will certainly order a plant-based meal.  We invite you to follow his lead, though we will cater for all dietary requirements and preferences. Adam will hold court. We'll pick up the bill. Experience his charisma in and out of the ring.

We have boxing gloves you can borrow, but we do require you to wear hand-wraps for hygiene reasons. You are welcome to bring your own wraps or purchase a pair at the gym.

We have fully-equipped locker rooms. Towels, toiletries, and lockers are complimentary.
